Porcelain Paving that is 100% Recycled

A very interesting email arrives from RUVID in Spain, the Network of Valencian Universities for the promotion of Research & Development.

Researchers at the Institute of Ceramics Technology , part of the Universitat Jaume I, have achieved zero waste in the manufacture of ceramic paving by using different residues to manufacture the final paving product. This brings with it, they say, cost savings, energy efficiency gains and, of course, contributes to the circular economy.

This outcome was made possible thanks to EU funding under the LIFE+ programme.
